The Atosa ATFS-40ES 40 lb. Floor Fryer runs three burners at 22,000 BTU/h each (66,000 BTU/h total on liquid propane) for fast oil recovery during peak service. A welded stainless steel tank, an oil cooling zone that extends oil life, and a millivolt thermostat holding 200°F – 400°F round out this compact floor fryer.
