The Yukon YARC-570YD is a 72" non-refrigerated (dry) bakery display case with curved front glass and a stainless steel exterior. It's built to show off breads, pastries, cookies and other shelf-stable baked goods at full-service counters, cafés and bakeries, with LED lighting to keep product looking its best.
