The Yukon YARC-100R is a compact round refrigerated display case with glass all the way around, so cakes, pies and desserts can be seen from every side. The shelves turn by hand, so staff can bring any item to the front. LED lighting puts product on display, and the case rolls on casters, so it's easy to place at the counter or in a café. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet.
