Notification/Appointment Fee

If a notification, via phone or email, ahead of shipment (same-day), or a specific delivery window is required, this accessorial charge needs to be added to the order at the time of purchase.

This is a charge assessed by third party common carriers and needs to be paid in full before it can be coordinated with the shipper and time of delivery is scheduled.

Note: A shipment tracking # will be provided by Restaurant City for all online orders, irrespective of whether advance notice or scheduled appointment is requested.
